Dash swap&tranny swap report

Well deb and i did get the tranny out of the 01 and into the 97. The trans temp and overdrive light were always on. Found a thread that said new solenoid and temp sensor or ecm. Got the ecm from the 01 and all is good. Thx for the help.
So we want to move the dash from the 01 to the 97 also but a hav'nt found any definate answers searching thought the posts. Is it more complicated than moving ductwork with the dash. Ill take any advice ya got thx

Come on now, someone out there has done a dash swap down from 98 plus to 97 or less. Help me out pls

I know it has been done, but do not know the work all involved.

I believe if you switch the HVAC Box with it, and carefully move the wiring should be all set.
