Dashboard reflection in windshield causes "haze" in view

use a no gloss cleaner on the dash for sure, also I find that a good glass cleaner helps.

I wear glasses that are clear inside of a building
In sunlight they turn dark, i think they are called Transitions Lenses

I asked my optometrist why the sun hurts my eyes while driving on a sunny day
He told me that they use a chemical in the windshields liquid mixture

If i understood correctly, this chemical blocks UV Rays by some percentage
Your Transition glasses will not turn darker inside of the vehicle if the windows are rolled up

He told me to use real sun glasses while driving on a Sunny Day

Like a lot of the others. I have a grey, fitted dash mat that stays in place with no Velcro tape anchors. I think it also keeps the interior cooler.

Like so many here hav commented on...... go with the dash Mat.

I also have not taped or glued it down, no thanks, and it really does cut down on the glare, and I do wear Polarized sunglasses.

Still treat the dash with 303 Protectant occasionally (it will slide around at first) to keep it from drying out, but the mat will significantly protect it also from the sun.

One downside I did find is that, because I have a grey dash.... and bought a black Dash Mat.... is that now I want the entire interior black $$$, lol
