I am going to reach out to @RamCares as well as contact the lemon law/repair help line at FCA that way they'll hopefully put pressure on the dealership to fix it and do it right.
As we know the original guy who did the repair work had no idea what he was doing and when i questioned his work and asked them to go back and take it apart and do it over they never gave me a straight answer and just said "we've been over it up and down" blah blah. If it didn't happen then, it was probably some knee jerk reaction after I got it towed back to the dealership when they left the tie rods unbolted and they overtightened the hell out of everything. Or they just completely botched the repair which seems likely at this point.
