So i removed the "RAM 1500" off both sides of my 2014 Ram 1500 Sport, and i can still see a little shadow of where it had the emblems.

Anyone have any suggestions on what will work good to remove this??

Clean the area and then take a claybar to it. It will take it right off.

Claybar, polish like Meguiars Ultimate compound followed by a wax/sealant.

Claybar, compound, and wax will usually get rid of it. I had some issues when I did t
my 13 I think they put the badges in before the paint was completely dry I ended up having to wets and it with 1500, 3000 and then buff it to get rid of it all. I am OCD though being a painter every time I go buy a new car or truck lately seems like I have been doing it yearly I go through at least 5 or 6 rams at dealerships before I find one acceptable.

Meguire's compound will do it for you sir! Then wax it up! You'll never notice!

Highly recommend against using compound. Too aggressive for that use.

Clay it, polish it with a synthetic polish (I like Meguiar's machine polish), then wax.

The reason there's a shadow is because the badge covered that section of paint preventing UV from the sun from getting at it. If you leave it alone, it'll eventually even out. Polishing simply gets you there sooner.

Oh man! I use compound if necessary! It works for small surface scratches etc.... I love it personally!

But yes a good polish will definitely work as well.

And I was referring to the liquid stuff... I believe it is a little less abrasive...?

So is the 1500 emblem just taped on? Heat it with a hairdryer and remove slowly? No holes?

The badges are just taped on. I just used fishing line to cut them off then cleaned up the tape that was left. You won't be able to get them to peel off clean.
