Debating Bilstein 5100 or RC 4"

So I have a debate:
Already bought a pair of Bilstein 5100 to level the front.
But, found a guy on kijiji selling a brand new Rough Country 4" lift kit with struts for CAD1600.

Having a 4" lift is very tempting.

1) I'm a DIYer, so definitely it will be more challenging to install RC on the driveway
2) Rough Country reviews are not the best,
3) meanwhile Bilstein 5100 reviews are good, but how necessary is a new UCA
4) I plan to take the truck offload (mild)

What's you input on this one?

Zone no RC . RC's reviews on most anything is not great . Read reviews on Zone and decide.
