ideally, this wouldnt be a popularity contest. People should have an idea for who they want to nominate before the thread is posted. Members shouldnt nominate people just to fill spots--- that aint right.

Ideally yes but opinions are what matters in these kinds of contests whether its an active or inactive member. Make a statement with your truck or yourself and you will be noticed.
