To be honest I bought just a set of those $5 plastic stick on deer whistles and I don't know if it's coincidence or not but I haven't seen a deer within 50 yards of my truck in about a year and my first 2 years of the truck I've had close calls with a lot of deer on the back roads by my house. Some say the deer alerts work some dontAlso I bought a deer electronic alarm that you can switch on and off. It will be installed behind the grill somewhere and the toggle switch in the dash. Anyone else install these, do they work?

That is true although with these the clip is what gets attached to the grille with double sided tape and u can pull the whistles off when you go through the car wash so you could do the same when you go huntingI like the fact you can turn it off for when you don't need it like for hunting.
Probably true but I've wasted $5 on worse either way I must be really lucky sense I put them onThose deer alert things are like the gimmicky fishing lures....they are designed to catch the buyer.......and separate his money from his wallet
