Basically the piston deforms enough when its cool to literally "slap" around in the cyclinder. 360s were bad for this back in the day. Goes away after it (the piston and cylinder walls) warm up- usually within a few seconds.

I'd yank on pulley's to see if any one of them is loose before starting the engine first thing in the morning.

As Harley said it does sound like the noise is coming from the PS pump area.

Pop the belt off and start it to see if the noise goes away. If it does, it's something belt driven, if not you have to look deeper. Could be a heat shield or something rattling. Might be easier to find with the belt off too.
