Diablo or Bullydog

I have a 2012 RCSB 2 wheel drive Express. Hemi engine with 3.93 gears. Magnaflow muffler is my only MOD to date besides the 2" rear GF drop. I will be adding a 85mm throttle body and Vararam intake. I have owned this truck for 10 months now and only have 3500 miles on it. This is the Harley my wife talked me out of. Looking for some additional street performance without compromising reliability. I have not seen any 93 octane fuel locally only 91. My wife is asking what I want for my truck for my birthday. I want a tuner but am unsure which one will be the most bang for the buck, Any help?

With the mods you listed bullydog will be the best bang for your buck. I've had one in mine for about 4 months with a 87mm tb, volant cai and 24" mufflex exhaust. And I just made a deal on a ram 2500 Cummins so I happen to have one for sale. Shoot me a pm and I'll let you know what I'm asking and send you pics.

are those mods you listed all you will be doing or do you plan on going further down the road like headers an things like that?

Those are the only other mods planned. No intention of installing headers.

yea then the bully dog might be your best bet it gives better results canned tune vs canned tune compared to diablo but when you want a custom tune diablo will blow it out of the water

How about the Trinity I-1000?

Diablosport makes the I-1000 and the In-Tune tuners, both of which can utilize custom engine/trans tunes. The BD unit has stronger canned tunes but cannot accept custom tunes.

I love my Intune and have no regrets getting it with the option to custom tune down the road when I decide to get headers.
