HP tuners seems to be a much better choice.

I had a Diablo but it was horrible, had to contact them just about every time I tried to do anything.

I am happy with Hp

This is not the same thing.
I used hp to tune my 4th gen. This is a piggyback tuner for the hurricanes.

I did! Installed it Thursday evening, and HOT DAMN, what a beast. As if the H.O. wasn't lively enough, this thing takes it to a new level. Definitely recommend it.
