No. 15-17 is the same. Here’s a lis
According to Holley who owns Diablo it will work.
I recommend for however you buy a used tuner and PCM from you reach out to Diablo to confirm. I did this already with an anticipation of people asking. I posted a screenshot of my email from today with them above.

I wonder. They told me when I did mine 15-17 only. No kidding. I had bought a used pcm and sent it in to unlock it and they told me it could only be 15-17

No, idea. That is why I reached out to them prior.

I've spoken directly to diablosport on 3 different occasions over the past few months, and they've advised me all three times that ONLY 15-17 PCMs are interchangeable.

They also advised me that a "re-vin" of a tuner that's still married to another vehicle is $100, and an unlocking of a customer-provided PCM is $200.

That’s the weird thing, when I bought the tuner used which was married to an unlocked PCM. The only thing I had to pay was $100 to have the VIN changed from the other truck to mine. Since the tuner is married to the PCM that purchased I did not have to pay anything extra.

I just spoke with Diablo, the confusion is as follows:
The tuner is married to a PCM NOT VIN, since I am selling the married PCM the only fee is transferring the VIN to new PCM.

Please call and the confirmed this.

Just to clarify for other potential buyers here: OP has been extremely agreeable to making sure this is right, and he is not misleading anyone in any sense. It turns out the customer service reps I've been talking to aren't clear on how things work. I received confirmation from OP's contact that it will, indeed, only be $100 to get things up and running on another truck.
