Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I just recently purchased the DS intune. I am having so much trouble with it. When I go to tune the truck it goes through the steps but then it gets to a point where it says "fails to read TCM Original backup, Error Code = -2". Has anybody else had this? What do I need to do

make sure you are doing the key on off cycles and clicking the check marks i had a little isue when i first put mine on. when you first hook it up i know i had to hook backup to my computer for a update

I have done the update. Says it's up-to-date. And the key on/off instructions followed to a "T". LOL. I dunno. I would love to get this thing to work....

Mine did the same thing, until I found the correct update on their website. Just drop the file into the intune folder and it automatically update

I have one on my new 5.0 Mustang daily driver, I haven't had any issues with it as of yet. Custom tuning included.

I run an intune on my daughters truck. No problems at all so far either.
