digital cluster for 2012 4 gen ram

I have a 2012 ram 1500 single cab

Im looking into putting a digital cluster but my 2012 year is not compatible with 2013 and up .

I got a cluster fom a buddy of mine he has a 2014 but it doesnt work as plug and play.

Does any one know what can be done for it to work and a company who make a custom one ?

The 2010-12 years were oddball trucks (at least for the HD's, assume 1500 are the same). Don't think there is anything you can do to make that work.
