Dim Dash Lights

I replaced all 8 gauge cluster bulbs and still have very dim cluster. I’m getting 12 volts through the fuse when light switch is turned to bright. I thought maybe it’s a bad ground but the gauges work and it appears they share the same ground. The high beam indicator is bright as well.

did you check the 'rheostat' type switch that dims the dash lights? maybe it went bad?
