I have a 2018 ram 1500 just an slt and i need to purchase one of the harness extensions as well for my truck so i can complete my current project of adding stock fogs since it did't come with fogs from factory. I'm new to the ram forums so i have no idea how to message M2 mods, Thanks in advance!
To All:
I won't be taking any new orders until 5/1/20, maybe sooner (I don't want to give folks excessive ETA's).
I have parts on order still so that I can pick up the seat harnesses that DeereGuy won't be building anymore (job promotion).
Always willing to answer questions in the meantime. Thanks again everyone for the support!
Mike G.
Thank you i will be sure to do thatReach out to me after the 1st.

are you taking orders for a wiring harness?Foglight Extension/Jumper Harness Install
(2013+ Ram 2500/3500 and 2014+ Ram 1500)
Note:
2013 Ram 1500 trucks use a completely different PDC area Foglight connector and Extension Harness.
Mopar bumper/foglight hardware & parts are not covered within the scope of this install. Please contact a Mopar parts dealer for additional parts if needed.
Quick Instruction Sheets:

- FogLt Sales Code Directions.pdf
---------------------------------------------------------------
01. IMPORTANT! Disconnect the Battery before beginning to avoid any potential issues!
02. Partially lift up the PDC by releasing the 4 hold down tabs and then disconnect the 2 PDC connectors closest to the fender so that you can tilt/lift the PDC up out of the way and get to the connector underneath. There is a small “release tab” on the PDC connectors that allows the locking Cam Handle to be pulled away, ejecting the connector from the PDC (Disconnect the other two if you prefer).
03. Locate the Front End Module harness connector. It's a gray 34 pin female connector underneath your PDC. Pry/pop it loose from its “fir tree” mount on the side wall under the PDC. There is an identical black connector on the outside, leave this one alone.
04. Disconnect the two halves of the connector. You will need to remove the white TPA lock plate (Terminal Position Assurance) on the Female side. Remove the lock by inserting a small screwdriver in the sides to pop it out and set it aside (b/w Cam Lever when pulled back to lock position). The other side should already be populated regardless of your package and options.
Here's a video to assist with the connector:

i can do that. what is the timeframe for a wiring harness ?
Installed aftermarket fog lights on my truck, I used the OEM wiring harness and switch and a connector from one of the vendors here. I went in and changed the code for fog lights to be on but they don't work. Was there anything you had to do afterwards like running the engine for a while or did they just up and work as soon as you put the code in and enabled it?
I also got a warning light, it was the light icon, and it buzzed before shutting off, after two times it stopped even though I had the security bypass harness and one tool plugged in. Not sure if that is now contributing to my problem but have no warning lights.
For weeks I was trying to get my fog lights working and know they are on and functioning after install from scratch.Programming with AlfaOBD
( thanks @1500ram12) ...

(for activating factory features yourself. See docs linked in OP)

WARNING:
If you have the AlfaOBD tool, and want to try this (vs dealer activation), please read the AlfaOBD thread OP and enable data logging before you start.
None of the people that have used it for activating the fogslights on their own have had a problem, but proceed at your own risk!
AGAIN: Do this at your own risk. I am not responsible for anything that may happen to your truck as a result from performing these steps.
- Connect to your model year BCM (2018 & 19 classic still use the MY16-17 powerNet for now)...
- Select ... "Car Configuration Change"
Enable Foglights:
>> Select ... "Front Fog Lamps Output Present" = select "YES"
*This is actually the 'Ecu Config 01 - CBC Configurable Inputs/Outputs' section.
6/15/20 Update:
Looks like Alexei changed the menus around for enabling the Front Fog Lights... Used to be directly under the car configuration change menu but now you have to go down to the ...
CBC Config I/O - Connector A PIN 01 and Connector D PIN 13: Front Fog Lamps Output Present = YES
Fogs ON with high beams:
>> Select ... "Front Fog Lamp Dropout Enable" = select NO
* This is actually the "Ecu Config 02 - CBC Features" section.
Mpgrimm2 i shot you a message. But I'm interested in purchasing a harness from you.
