DIY Bumpers plans?

Hi

I would like to try and make own look bumpers for my RAM.

Has anybody know where I could get plans for wich i could play with.
Ideal would be if would get plans off complete bumer so i could just make my own ajustments.

I am in europe, so it is dificult to get anything here.

Hey man, I actually just started making my own rear off road bumper, it’s tube style aka ( pre runner ). I went out and bought 3x 10ft poles, a flux core welder and tube bender , some welding gear and total came out to around 400. For me the first step would be to remove your bumper and look at the mounts and decide whether or not you want to weld your bumper on to you frame or create a bolt on system

Grab some stryo foam and start shaping it up!
Make a positive mold first then you can make a negative mold if needed, or just use the positive relief of the foam to make one.
that's exactly how I made the snorkel for my Vararam.
I've been considering making a custom lower valance for mine using the same process.
