Do I have a transmission problem?

2012 2x4 express hemi 3.92 gears, vararam cai, 85 tb, Mufflex muffler delete, edge 2600 tc, DS trinity

Whenever I'm in normal drive mode & take foot off gas pedal coast to a stop (no brake pedal) @28 mph my rpms jump up from idle & than return. It did this before I had edge tc. Anyone else experience this? Thanks in advance!

Maybe its going from 2nd to 1st gear.

Sounds like the computer is trying to figure whether it should unlock or lock the torque converter clutch.

My truck does the same thing at 1000 rpms (never noticed the speed). I think its the TQ unlocking. It did it with the stock TC but jumps more with a higher stall. Seems normal.

It doesn't do that in higher gears

I have always reset my CPUy discon. negative battery whenever I added bolt on's. Just let off gas @40mph & coast to stop, no brake pedal. Does ur truck do that? Tylerb, u got a fast sik ram man!

Yeah, mine has always done it too, don't know if it's more because of new edge tc. Thanks makes me feel better if other people experience same thing.
