Dodge Ram 1998 1500 gas 4wd squeaking noise

Hey guys need help. My truck makes a squeaking noise in 4wd drive but not in 2wd drive and idk what the issue would be

If it is a chirp-chirp-chirp starting at a low speed I would vote for a u-joint in the front drive shaft, Art

If you cant get it to stop with spraying u joints in the front drive shaft .there is something called a cardan joint there.google it its like a swivel between the ...never mind yo dont have a solid axle
