Was thinking about ordering this 50 gallon aux fuel tank.

Cant find many reviews on it. Anyone here have it and recommend it?

My primary concern is I live in North Dakota and it was below zero for over 70 days last year. Wondering how that would effect this tank? I emailed the dealer and of course they said it wouldnt matter.

Any plastic that's exposed to the sun and weather long enough is at risk for failure. I'd personally go with a metal tank.
It will be under my tonneau covering thanks I'll look up some metal ones as well

I wouldn’t worry about it since it will be underneath a cover. If it was being exposed to the sun often I’d worry and go metal.

Gasoline tanks are plastic for a reason. They don't create sparks in a crash. This is not an issue with diesels since sparks will not ignite diesel fuel.

Plastic is my preference, I'd love one, but I can't find any supplier who will ship surface to Australia....
