I've got a 2016 ram 2500 tradesman with factory rear air suspension. There are two inlet/outlet valves for adding/removing air from the air bags, so I was wondering, does this means my truck doesn't have an air compressor? If it does, where would the compressor be located on the truck?

If you have 2 air valves to add air then you do not have a factory air ride system with a compressor and resevoir. Factory system doesn't have easily accessible valves for adding/releasing air since it is a "sealed" system.
But the previous owner may have added an aftermarket compressor and/or atleast airbags. Posting a picture would confirm.
