I recently got offered an AMAZING deal on some bighorn door panels. I know how to take the panels off, but im not sure on switching the handles out and if its even possible. if the swap is possible it would be huge and it seems simple enough cause these trucks are like legos. just wondering if anyone has done this or has any ideas on how it would go

Typically the handles aren't included with the door panels. Are you getting chrome ones? If not, the handles stay with the door when the panel comes off.

Does that answer your question?

Years ago i think i seen somebody do a write up on how to make the differant sized door panels interchange.I forget how it was done, but i think he melted the plastic rivets ,and swapped outer edges etc. He was swapping regular sized front door panels from a crew cab into a 2 door regular cab,and the 2 door regular cab trucks use a bigger then normal door panel.
I don't remember much ,but it might be worth eyeballing things up and see if you could do the same thing
