What's involved in bondo'ing? Anyone know? I was going to cut it to fit height-wise, sand it smooth, fiberglass a couple layers till it's strong and thick. Then sand it a ton, paint, etc...

bondo is NOT hard. mix it according to specs, spread it evenly and smooth. let it dry, add more if necessary, then do the sanding process.

its way easier than fiberglass. i've done both.
