Durango 17" wheels with either MT 295/45R17 ET street radials or M&H 275/50R17 radials. I'm running a set of **** Cepek DC-II wheels with the MT radials and it's a combo weight of 57lb which is pretty decent for a full sized truck tire. Anything wider than those two tire sizes requires wide wheels and they are almost impossible to find in our bolt pattern so you need to have a set widened since it's almost impossible to find a 17" wheel wider than 9". It's not ideal to throw the wider radials onto a narrower wheel because the contact patch is affected.
Check out the Dodge SST wheels as well. That is what I used to run, and they are 17x9, have the correct backspace to tuck in the fender, and they only weigh about 25lbs.
This wheel with either of the tires Kurtis mentioned would be a perfect combo.
