Drivers Heated Seat

My Drivers heated seat not always working on my 2014 Ram. Anything I can look for or try to fix? Both lights come on when turned on, but no heat in seat.

Check the underseat plug for voltage and secure connection

Check fuses

Check resistance between both the input and output sides of the heating element


To check the module you need a scan tool

The heated seat works intermittently. Usually if I turn the heated seat on and off a few times it will work. I light on the switch for the heated seat will stay on until I shut it off, but no heat.
Are the heating/cooling function controlled by the same module? The heating function works intermittently and there is no issue with the cooling function. Also the heated steering wheel works fine.
