Dually Spacers

Hey looking for some knowledge before I tackle my flatbed project, found a dually axle and spacers from a 2wd D350, are these the same spacers used on the 4x4 W350?

i CAN'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTION but I'd like to follow along on this one.
As I have a 1989 3/4 ton diesel pickup I've been trying to figure out which way to go with it. AS I also have a 1978 Dodge d350 4 door pick up that is ether a dually or a cab & Chassis. I don't remember which.
.. But I was wondering about pulling the rear end from under the 78 & putting it under the 1989 & then putting some other old pickup cab & front fender on it to make say a flat bed

& i WAS WONDERING about using spacer on the rear end.
