So far my tru trac rides way nicer than an open dif, highly similar to an oem antispin. I can now pull into traffic without issues.

I do notice a little chatter or vibe kind of thing. Almost like clutch slippage, but obviously there are no clutches.

What diff fluid are you using? Eaton reconmends good ole cheap non-synthetic GL5 mineral gear lube for their True Tracs.Synthetic is actually to slippery and will cause the issues you're encountering

The TrueTrac gears wear in to mesh better over time, so the ride may be slightly harsher at first but should smooth out considerably over a couple thousand miles.
