Eco diesel turbo upgrades

Have a 2015 135k miles Hearing a weird noise when idle . Kinda like high pitched like bells ringing. Not real loud but its there . Think my turbo might be going out ? Truck still runs fine but have notice small decline in fuel economy , maybe 2mpg .

Was thinking on turbo upgrade ! Looking at maybe a little bigger more efficient turbo . I have a GDE Hot tune already

Check the gasket on the 3 bolt flange before the dpf. Lots of reports of the studs breaking and the trucks having a whistle sound at various rpm ranges
