Hey
@Kapt - I have had my EcoDiesel for almost a year now (2015 bought it used with only 16k miles on it for a steal). In terms of mods, see below:
aFe Magnum FORCE Pro 5R Stage-2 Intake System - 2014-2016 Dodge Ram 1500 EcoDiesel
https://www.thoroughbreddiesel.com/...MIpoeOlLvt3wIVD47ICh3ViwbDEAQYAiABEgKLv_D_BwE
Reason: It was a cost effective way to allow the engine to breath more efficiently and produce a louder 'whistle' sound
I also noticed about 2-3MPG improvement as well as 10+ horsepower. I like the sound it produces and highly recommend it!
Ram Bull Bar - Lund
https://www.cjponyparts.com/lund-bu...MI0Ymw6Lvt3wIV0sDICh2oZAc6EAQYBCABEgI9RPD_BwE
Reason: Aggressive look and not expensive to add - if anyone decides to slam on there breaks this will protect my trucks nose - light bar is extremely bright and great for off-roading or snowy conditions (I am looking to invest in this in the future:

Step Up Tailgate
https://www.americantrucks.com/best...VgR6GCh22_A2nEAQYAiABEgJEgfD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
Reason: Easier for the wife to climb haha
Front & Rear Lights
Reason: Stock one's were not as effective - especially in the front - wanted to get a bulb that was brighter and provided a wider range for night driving - excellent upgrade and took about 2 hours to swap the stock with the new lights. Back lights make it look awesome.

Tailgate Bar Light
https://www.cjponyparts.com/putco-s...ight-bar-60-inch-dodge-ram-2009-2018/p/TLL68/
Reason: The look and for added light appearance - this light bar is great - changes when backing up and blinks left/right turn signal - was interesting to get it installed (I had to remove my tailgate) but that made it a lot easier!
Bridgestone Dueler M/T Tires
http://www.offroaders.com/tech/AT-MT-Tires/Bridgestone-Dueler-MT.htm
Reason: Someone slashed my original stock tires - but I wanted something a bit more aggressive and that could handle basic off road operations (Snow/Mud) - took it out in the snow the other day - standard traction - better for rocks or mud - Fantastic if you do not any road noise that typical massive off road tires would give you - In the future, I will probably get much larger tires and new rims - but things take time and money
- they look great when they are cleaned up and polished
Future Purchases:
- New Rims
- New Speaker System
- New Nerf Bars (black and two step vs three)
- aFE Exhaust Tip (for look)
- New Tonneau Cover (slide vs fold up)
Best Advice: Shop around - sites will have promotional deals all the time - you don't have to buy everything from one site - construct a build list and piece it together - if you have the budget you can do it all at once or over a few months (which is what I did). Build your dream rig!
Hope this helps.
