Electrical Connectors under rear bench, CrewCab

i recently did the back seat mod on my ‘17 CC. I noticed on each rear seat bracket there was 2 wire connector...Curious as to what it could be for. Underseat lighting?
Follow up question, could I use it for a 12v tap, ignition on/off for my powered sub install? I havent put the meter on it yet...task for tomorrow...
