I have a 05 2500 and I had a issue with the head lights flickering and the wipers not working so I replaced the battery the starter and the main wire to the starter, now the truck fires right up but still no headlights, horn, radio, power locks, brake lights or turn signals. The heated seats and power seats and windows still work. The instrument panel lights up. I'm getting power to all the fuses and none are blown, and I have power to the back side of the multi switch behind the steering wheel. Anyone have a idea what it could be. Bad multi switch? Bad ignition switch?

Yeah I’d say one of the two is the culprit, or a bad ground somewhere.

My 04 has some crazy stuff going on especially after a hard rain. Wipers come on whenever they please..and no odometer.

These trucks are allergic to the slightest bit of corrosion, Try cleaning up your grounds, there’s a lot of them so I recommend downloading the 2000 page repair manual. There is a link for it somewhere on this forum but not sure where, try the search function.
