I have a 2013 Ram 1500 that has 2 electrical quirks that I cannot chase down.
The first is when I turn off the truck and lock it for the night, a couple hours later I'll look out the window and the dash lights are on. It has drained my battery once, now I disconnect the battery at night. I replaced the headlight switch in the dash and the dash lights still come on. I'm not sure what is causing it.
Second, overheating. The electric fan sometimes does not come on. I've replaced the fan (twice), the radiator, the thermostat, but sometimes it starts getting hot. I pop the hood open and the fan is not on. The problem is electrical, but I don't know where to look.
