Electronic Control Module OEM number hard to find

I was looking to replacing the OEM EC module with another.

I am unable to provide the OEM No. to a parts store.

The parts department at dealership gave me a full page of possibilities of ECM's.

The OEM unit I have is ECM 542.

The seven digit OEM No. Is no longer visible on the sticker attached to the ECM.

I was advised by a senior member that this could be the problem on a previous thread I've posted.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I decided to open the ECM. Inside No. 4379351 appeared.
I decided to Google it , and got a hit for an: " '89 D 150 with 3.9 liter with A/C".
That is not my truck !
