Try an M8x1.25x24.00 bolt . If you google EGR bolt that's the size that comes up,and i think that's where the earlier trucks with EGR bolted the egr tube to the head.Don't quote me on it,but i think that should be the bolt size for that hole

Yep EGR port. That's where the hybrid 5.7's had it (2009 Durango & Aspen). Only eagle 5.7's to use it.
