I tried to search but I must not have done it correctly. Is it harmful to idle the truck with the full or automatic engine brake on? I recently purchased a new 2016 and was looking for answers. Thanks in advance!

I'm in for the answers on this as well. I normally turn mine on as soon as I start moving, I read somewhere saying at idle it will ramp up your engine rpms.

I don't think it is harmful with these motors. The new regen process is very efficient, and I know guys who drive with them on 24/7 and never ever turn them off.
