engine hesitates on accel. stalls when stopped

Hey guys in the past few days my truck has been having some issues. Temperature here is -27 degrees celcious when i put my truck in reverse or drive it stalls and when i come to a stop to turn onto another road itll stall. Also i feel like some hesitation when i give it gas the rpms are up and down by about 500 rpms like the truck is fighting to accelerate. Sometime when idling you can here the sound of the engine is up and down like i am giving it little shots of gas. I have no idea what this could be. This problem seems to happen less when truck have been driving for more than a half hr. At the same time this problem occured the fan on the passenger side makes alot of noise, makes the same sound when you flip thru a deck of playing cards. When the fan is turned off i hear a long beep sound coming from passenger side dash. Not sure if the cold would cause all this or what . Thanks in advance

Have you put a scanner on it to see if you have any codes stored? Does the lightning bolt symbol on the instrument cluster come on or flicker?

Are you losing any fuel pressure? That could also cause the stalling. ..

Ill have to get fuel pressire checked. Theres no check engine lights. When it stalls tje check gauges light comes one until i start it back up. Itll start up fine

The sound coming from the fan could be that the recirc door has broken loose. Mine made the same kind of whirring sound when the fan was on. Its easy to check, just take the bottom of the fan housing off (3 screws) and reach up inside to check the door.

This might sound crazy but check the transmission fluid level. If your not getting any codes I've read that a low trans fluid level can make the engine idle funny and stall.

Ill check the fan tomorrow. That door you speak of is it just like a housing type thing? Would thay make a lomg beep sound? Ill deffinatly check tranny fluid i heard that from a few ppl. Would dirty or faulty injectors be a cause?

The door is just a rectangular piece of plastic maybe 5" x 8". The cheap plastic hinge cracks and the door falls down into the fan blades. Now that you mention it I used to hear a longer beep coming from inside my dash someplace, I'd forgotten all about that.

When was the last time you cleaned the throttle body?
A very dirty TB can cause stalling when arriving at a stop and a wacky idle/stalling.
