Is there a part in the motor that holds oil pressure while the engine is off?

No, they "attempted" to buy using a filter with a drain back valve but those simply don't work because the fatal flaw ifs when you turn off an engine oil is hot and close to water in viscosity, you think a piece of loose rubber would stop water from flowing through it even at a drip? Those only help keep oil in the filter, so everything behind it drains into sump. Most guys would prefer if when you turned a key battery would start the oil pump for 2-3 seconds before ignition, but then engines would last forever and they really really don't want that.Is there a part in the motor that holds oil pressure while the engine is off?

Even with PUP 5W 20, Lubeguard Biotech, 10-48 RP, I still sometimes get a slight short rattle at startup. My next oil change gonna go to 5W 20/30 mix. Prob 5/2 mixture with more Lubetech. But than I do not drive much, truck is driveway princess anyway. No, they "attempted" to buy using a filter with a drain back valve but those simply don't work because the fatal flaw ifs when you turn off an engine oil is hot and close to water in viscosity, you think a piece of loose rubber would stop water from flowing through it even at a drip? They have to do a software update on the ABS/ Traction control they just have to flash the module, the dealer is the only one that can do it, can you still trust your dealer?Just got a recall part availability notice from FCA ref the TSB/RECALL for the software on ABS/TRACTION CONTROL. Just wondering if I dare let my dealership fuss with it, LOL
No problems whatsoever. But my ride is a designated Driveway Princess, rarely goes more that 10-15 miles round trip. They have to do a software update on the ABS/ Traction control they just have to flash the module, the dealer is the only one that can do it, can you still trust your dealer?

Way back in my high school days ,a couple of us had been enjoying a few wobbly pops, with one guy enjoying a few more then the rest of us,so i was driving him home, long story short we had to stop for the obligatory bladder draining. He's on the other side of my truck when he makes the comment that it's raining out,i damn near died laughing as there wasn't a cloud in the sky,the stars were easy to see,i told him to turn around, the poor bugger was drunk enough,he didn't realize he was p i s s i n g into the windDON'T MESS WITH JIM!
