My 1995 ram 5.9 V8 has been having an intermittent problem. When I am out driving around town and shut the truck off 3 or 4 times in a short period of time it won't start. It tries to start but doesn't idle properly and has about 200 rpms and eventually dies. If I let the truck sit for about 15 to 20 minutes it starts up fine and I can drive it with no problems.

I hate comparing one make against another, but older Chevys were known to have ignition module issues very similar to yours. I'm not too familiar with Dodge ignition systems but they have to have a similar module. Hope this helps to point you in the right direction
