I have a 1999 Ram 1500 5.9 with 243,836 miles on it. It`s been running rough latley and i recently did a tune up(plugs, wires, rotor and cap) and now when im doing 35mph to about 50mph the whole truck shakes wildley. I don`t seem to have any problems when i`m going slow or when i`m on the interstate doing the speed limit. I`ve racked my brain as to what the problem could be and I`m at a loss. Any input would be very helpful. Thanks.

Do these engines have the counter balances that go opposite or whatever of the crank shaft to keep them from shaking? Read about it in an automotive book. I figure it would most likely be that those are off, causing the turning of the engine to shake the whole truck.

My guess is you have plug wires mis installed. Or you have another issue with your drivetrain.
Diagnostics by the internet is dicey, but start by rechecking your work. Make sure you also havn't broken or knocked off any vacum hoses
