Why don't you just convert it to an EV,there's kits out now to put electric motors in vehicles that never had them.

I think l need to bite the bullit and go with the latest ecodiesel that bolts up and go from there

Or make a tranny adapter for the latest or safest eco diesel.
I'm not sure a tuner could tune 8 speed to 4 speed which is my 2001 tranny

You need to find a wrecked donor truck and just take the engine/trans/wiring etc and be good to go.

If l put a 2019 etorque in. will either of the systems keep the charge on a main E.V hybrid battery?
