Just looking to see some examples other than the typical dual bumper cutout routing. I have an SLT bumper w/o cutouts. When I did the Zone 1.5” body lift, it obviously exposed more of my exhaust and chrome. I purchased a pair of barely used 5” black Corsa tips for a steal locally off of a guy. Im not totally de-chroming my truck, just muting it a bit…Plus 4+ years of weather and road crud has dulled them, no rust yet but hard as heck to clean up.
Pics of tips and current set up below (body lift not installed in pic).
My thoughts:
1. Replace bumper with cutouts $300-400
2. Route the tips out the back as is
3. Horizontal side exits
4. Slightly angled side exits

Thoughts? Pics?

On my 2003 Ram I had dual exhaust run out to the same place the factory side exhaust was. I liked the way it looked because it was different. With the 2014 it kind of has to come out of the bumper or you have to replace the bumper

If I wasn’t so set on keeping duals I would do a single side exit. The wife likes the duals too. So the current plan is to either switch to behind the tires on both sides or through the bed sides to keep it higher but I'm starting to not like the idea of cutting the holes in the bed side. We will see. I’m going to cut the bed sides for the bumper anyways. If I go through the bed sides I’ll use a trim ring to cover up the hole

Mine has bumper cutouts for the stock exhaust, so it's still routed there. Otherwise, I probably would've gone with your style @ThunderMug95

Looks good

I ran it like it sits back ‘18. Sounds amazing, 18” MF. Now I scored these 5” Corsa tips, so I am on the hunt for the dual outlet bumper or just dump them out the sides on less of angle. The Wife Unit will murder me in my sleep if I order anything else, ESPECIALLY if its that big and she has to drag it into the garage. She grilled the pizz out of me on what came in the box from “Holley Performance”. Told her its a module to calibrate tire size…the Diablosport i3 arrived and I am still out of town. Left out the other benefits of it lol.

Personally, I don't really like to see the exhaust. What if you had them dump down, behind the axle, or in between the axle and bumper and stay hidden under the bed?
