I did a boo boo, I backed up into a snow bank and completely mashed my tailpipe into the rear tire. Due to the pandemic my local muffler shop closed. I found an oem **** and tailpipe off a 2020 for $80. Will this fit my 18?

If it’s off of a classic it should work fine.

I forgot to mention that the exhaust for sale is off a heavy duty with the 6.4 and my truck is also a heavy duty.

If the new one is local you could remove the tailpipe section and bring it with you to compare the two side by side and see if it'll work on yours. Granted your current one isn't too mangled up.

Without having your VIN, the best I can tell in StarParts is the 2018 and the 2020 are different part numbers for the muffler and tailpipe. With yours being a 2018 model, does your tailpipe have a muffler/resonator near the tailpipe exit?
