Exterior door handle swap

Hi, So i have a 2006 ram 1500 megacab and ive been looking for new exterior door handles for awhile but none of them are what i want. Im looking for black door handles with chrome over the actual handle part. Now i couldnt find anything remotely close to that for a ram, however, i found some 2008 dodge durango handles that are exactly what I described.

My question is, will the durango handles fit on my ram? All the hardware looks the same and doesnt look like the hardware is different in any way. Can anyone help?

I would contact the dealer and see if the 2008 Durango exterior handles fit on the 2006 Ram 1500 in this case. They can tell you.

Check with the dealer! The part #s would be the same though.
