Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be plaqued with the air suspension issue but this morning in 16 degree cold weather in NH my truck will not raise from the lowest setting and I'm getting the error message to get imediate attention.

Mine did the same thing last year when it was -20°, I let the truck warm up it was fine. Also check the fuse.

Thanks for the comment, I'll try letting it warm up. I see the dash info saying it's trying to raise or lower but of course nothing is happening.

I have realized when I go to my cabin in the mountains it acts funny when the temperature drops. Now I always leave it on off-road 1 when I turn it off. Plus my driveway is gravel and certain parts are uneven.

I’m seeing the same issues when it drops under freezing temps as well. Warming the truck up seems to resolve the issues so far.

It’s not every truck. I have a 2014 and it has worked without issue every winter, including almost 3 solid weeks last January with -20F temperatures.

I put my truck in the garage, turned on the heat over night and drive it around today but it won't correct itself. I think my issue is my rear height is in off-road 2 whole my front is bottomed out. So it's confused. It's going to go to the dealer in Monday to get this settled.

Looks like this will be the path I take as well. Just heard from dealer and they are finally admitting my truck is lower on the drivers side front. New air shock, compressor, lines and fittings, no go. They told me they are going to do a deep dive and try to find and correct the problem. Still in a rental

Hello, my appointment isn't until Wednesday 11/28. I'm expecting this to get resolved but am not happy that my new $61,000 truck is going to have issues all winner long for the next 3 years. I'm assuming since this is a known issues it would have been corrected by now, and since it's not corrected they're is no fix to be had. I'll update you.

Oh man.. That's not good. I hope they can find a permanent fix, otherwise for the next 3 years I will be hating my new truck.

Even tho would have been cool, since I live in TX, would prob not be an issue, but why I did not shop around for a truck with the Air...just IMHO...

Just heard back from my dealer, said they were working with engineers in Detroit to try and find the problem. They now have narrowed it down to the air system reservoir. It has a leak and the unit is on backorder. 10 days before it's shipped from the USA. It already has a new compressor, air shock, lines and fittings. Really hope this is it, it's been going on 7 weeks since the first visit to service. I'll have to wait and see if this actually fix's the issue. They said to just stay in the rental, 2018 Laramie no air ride. Never air again after this go around.

I'm curious if this problem persists and can't be resolved if the Lemon Law is applicable? I truly want then to fix my truck permanently so I don't have to deal with this all winter long for the next 3 years, but if this same problem comes up time after time can I get a new truck? I've only got 3200 miles on mine. Barely broken in at this point.

Update: got my truck back today after one day in the shop. They reset the system and told me that a fuse blew.. They also asked me if I towed something that would have overloaded the system. I told them that in the 3 months that I've had this truck the one and only time I towed was my 12' all aluminum trailer with a dining room table in it and a normal size cub cadet mower in it. So what's that, maybe 500 -600 lbs. Apparently I had two codes that were in the system. Exceeded weight limit (no way!) And suspension overheat.. And that one I remember happened while I was driving to the shop because the suspension was still trying to correct itself. The dash said I was in off-road 2 so the system was trying to lower the front HOWEVER my front was already slammed at it's lowest setting. Isaw the console switches blinking trying to lower. At any rate, I hope this was a one and done.

Let's hope you never see this again and enjoy many trouble free miles. I wasn't so lucky.

This morning it was 28 degrees outside with a stiff wind in our area. Remote started the truck to warm it up. Noticed it was sitting a bit low when I came outside, especiall on the left front driver's side. Pushed the start button, heard/felt the air suspension system try to engage, at which point the front left and right went down to the bump stops. Tried letting it run for a few minutes. Cycled the engine off/on, didn't help. Drove it in the development for a bit, cycled again, still nothing - doesn't even feel like the system is trying to do anything now - wondering of the fuse blew? Had to get to work which fortunately is only 5-10 minutes away. Tried cycling the engine again when I got to work, still nothing. Called my local dealer, told them it's not really safe to drive in this condition from what I understand, yet the best they could do is to get me in next Wednesday, December 11. Color me unhappy at present. Driving a 2018 vehicle with 13k miles on the odo and having serious problems with the air suspension already, and the dealer has no loaner program either, and I have to wait a week? This is my only vehicle as a daily driver. Ramcares, can you help here?

Does anyone know what fuse needs to be replaced for this issue? I've seen several threads that refer to a blown fuse as an issue, hence the question.
