My 2013 quad cab, big horn has a base stereo system. No factory amp or anything. However, my work truck is a 2012 dodge ram 5500 crew chassis cab, which is also a base model truck, BUT the Stereo system is MUCH better. It is way louder more clear sounding and just sounds all around Better. It does not say anywhere it has an alpine sound system.
I'd like to know whY it sounds so much better than mine!
I even checked with the dealership and gave them the Vin number for both trucks and they both come up with the same part numbers for all the speakers
