Factory trailer brake controller

Has anyone had any issues installing? I bought one directly from mopar and installed it, I’ve had the computer flashed by the dealer but I still won’t work. I made sure both connections on the control module and the one connector on the switch are secure and connected properly. Is there anything else I’m missing?

I just installed one a few days ago and had the dealer flash, seems to work.

What isn’t working? When the dealer flashes it, do they tell you it’s working?

Yeah, it lit up before I had it flashed. After it was flashed, any of the buttons you hit activated the menu in the memo screen above the steering wheel.
