I had not heard from the dealer since I picked it up Friday when they told me would they update me the progress of getting a replacement unit. Today I dropped by to check on their progress and it was obvious I was not on their radar even though they still had an open ticket. I made sure they had my name and phone number and told them to keep me updated. At least I have the issue documented in their sytem. Man, things have changed since I was working for Highams Cadillac in Houston, Tx back in the early 70s.
