yup. Mine says FAM: DS TRACKING: .........… MY:2013 (left out the center number in case I should not give that out. Really weird!

It's probably something incredibly boring like an actual tracking asset to identify the vehicle through its freight cycle between the factory and dealership, separate of the VIN.

Just a guess.
