More pics to come..
Tomorrow, I start with 2 more layers of resin. will stop after about 4 to 6 layers. I have about 2.1 cu ft current, but will have net total of about 1.85 when complete. Better that the 1.5 thunderform box had...
BTW I now have a unloaded MTX Thunderform enclosure (Grey) F.S.!!!:grd:

you can get the fiberglass stuff at walmart, or go to home depot and get that and the mdf for the frame at the same time. it really isnt hard at all, just takes time and you have to be careful

like Tex said, I got my supplies at the home depot down the street. I bought a full sheet of 3/4 mdf $31, and the frame is made out of 1"x2" wood, each strip was 10' and cost $2.80 each (3 strips).
resin was like $18 (1 gallon), 1 quart of thinner for the resin $10, the 8sqft fiber sheets were $6 each (so far I have 3 packs)

Hardest part was building the frame and taping and placing down foil to allow fiberglass enclosure to be pulled out of truck.
