Hey guys,

Thought I'd make that easy on myself and swapped out the sensor for a new NGK after getting a P0141 code. Didn't help. Cleared the code a couple of times but keeps coming back after every the 2nd start-up.
Probably harness issue or heater solenoid bad. Anyone resolved that or has wiring diagram? It's a 2006 4.7V8 1500 SLT. This is the only code I get, not multiples!

Happy Easter!

141 and 420 codes are similar as they pertain to downstream 02 sensors.....faulty themselves or detecting faults.

Any type of air intrusion up stream can throw codes whether it's intake,TB or exhaust.
Also check for corroded ground.

Mine actually turned out to be bad cats, lack of efficiency so both bank 1 02 sensors read the same.
I altered the voltage read of downstream sensor, by adding a sleeve.....no more codes.1555855246095268797122887884903.jpg

Thanks. That's what I had in there as well. Then read somewhere that could've caused the heater element code as well so I removed it. Same issue. CEL keeps coming back every other startup. Will check the fuse and solenoid later. Maybe swap the RH and LH downstream sensors and see what that does to the codes. Thanks for your help.

BTW you said check for bad GND. Where does the sensor get the ground from? Exhaust or is one of these 4 a GND wire?
