Final answer for trailer lights

I've seen all kinds of troubleshooting steps for the trailer light issue. I've tried them all. I've come the conclusion that I have to take it to the dealer. Have any of you actually isolated the problem and presented a solution? Thank you

What are they doing/not doing? Seperate set of fuses for the trailer lights.

Do you have power, in the wires, that actually go to the trucks plug? Have you tested them, from behind the plug?
Start , at the plug, and work backwards.
